ytd, had nb trng. =] it was rejuvenating. we had e same coach. e 'stereo-type' coach. tts wad i thot of her firs tym i saw her.. she had 3 piercings on one ear(now she'd pierce her tounge n the area jus below the mouth).. she wore thick mascara n eyeliner. spunky hair. shes totally cool wif the way she dresses n all. totalay punk. wad a first impression. abit lyk taufik. =XX aaaaah!! i take bk wad i jus said!
ANYWAYS, we sprint, run n jog firs. play ard wif our feet. softball competition going on.. TKG vs nanyang girls'. den, did ball drills. =] as a grp. and oso in partners. we did warm up too. very very slowly.. tts an essential! so, we wud not get any cramps or aches lata. we played court gm aftrwerds. a 10min gm. i was playing C fer 10 WHOLE mins. yeesh. tt was tiring. VERY tiring. but, i pushed maself on n endured. i need to wurk on ma stamina before pesta sukan. ackk. lets start wif e cutting dwn of chocs n junk fd. woahhah. tts a HUGE step.. fer me.

today's trng was not tt tough. it was pretty fun. =) we warmed dwn at the end of trng. once, wen i was bending to the side.. yana poked me at ma sides. wad was tt fer? lol.
i jus gotta noe her. farhana. shes a snr of mine. shes nice. =) we talked a few tyms. shes sweet n pretty too.
and there was interact club installation going on oso. guys frm otr schs came n mingle ard? i saw complete strangers in various uniforms cuming in. woohh.
