oh yes. the wedding.
it was a much anticipated event. as me, my mom, ani, kak ati, kak ida, abg sham and the rest of the family dressed up in the morn.
it was especially nerve-wrecking for the groom. haha. siang-siang lagi, abg indra already went to the air-conditioned cc to see if everything was in the right n perfect order. so we had planned to wear green.
tante's family, my family, yana's family and aunty imah & husband wore green. (((=
mine was this lime green kebaya that mum had tailored. very nice (=
actually, everyone's clothes were very nicely done.
cos it was a grand occasion what. haha. we set off in the morn.
dad also helped out in the morn. main man cos he decorates the buffet n is the supplier of paper plates etc.
so when we arrived that, the same woman n guy were already there. helping out.
i think they're abg indra's gd frens or something... nice ppl. so i had like nth to do, so i went to find stuffs i can do. i helped dad arrange the plates.forks/spoons. and put the names of the respective dishes.
oooh, so hotel-like. x)
by noon, everything's prepared. so me n yana were incharge of the berkat.
psst, the berkat is ferrero roche. ((: i helped wrap. (kak ati say i wrap super slow, but still, they turned out to be fabulous okay)
heh heh.
slowly, the guests arrived. there were songs being played, mostly english.
old songs but soothing to the ears. wahhhhh, so high-class lah. more like dinner & dance or prom nite. hurhur.
there's no karaoke cos abg indra thinks its a bit old-fashioned. it is, if u think bout it.
the kompang ppl came soon after. and guez wad?
they wore green too. crap lah, it wasn planned or anything. they had to eat to hv the energy.
the kendarat ppl (hassan rabit) wore green too. woahh.
abg indra ordered hassan rabit's food.
by noon, more guests turned up. so me n yana were kept busy.
den, uncle zairi & his stupid, annoying, mat frens came. kononnye cool lah, what wif their weird clothes n piercings/tattoos.
what the heck. they're not even appropriately dressed. hate these ppl, came just for the fd n attn. freakos.
i asked yana not to give em the berkats.
fyi, i hate uncle zairi. cos of the trouble he caused all these yrs.
i shall not spell out all his wrongdoings.
so i had to like communicate wif the kendarat ppl. so that everything works out efficiently.
luckily, this kendarat guy told me that some ppl at my place havnt received the berkats. if not, i forget. cos there were too many ppl.
anyways, it got tiring after a while cos of all the walkings on heels. den, the host came.
shes very good at capturing the guests' attn wif her quirky character n happening qns. very meriah.
THEN. the sounds of kompang could be heard. which meant only one thing;
the newly-weds had arrived! woweee.
everyone turned and look as the couple walked in. they wore purple.
so cute together! teehee. den the kompang ppl followed suit. two of uncle zairi's frens helped to carry the buah mangga.
HAHA! so funny lah.
everyone enjoyed the food whilst abg indra & kak su posed for pics.
den the mats lepak at one corner. so spoilt.
yana told me that they'd pulled her basket, cos theyy wanna get the berkats. pathetic! luckily i wasnt there man.
hazirah came wif her family. and there's this chai chee guy who came wif his family. haha.
there were a few caucasion guys. a lot of teachers came. (i saw my primary sch teachers!)

haha, and he sat at my side. so i had to like distribute the berkats to him.

haha, i maintained my posture. im not that weak as to pitam when interacting wif crushes.
whoops, ex-crush. hes nice.
had to change to sandals cos my feet were aching so badly. blisters everywhere.
den, abg indra gave a thank you speech. lol.
so cute. abg sham was videoing all along.
in the end, there were a lot of leftover berkats. and ang indra still worried that there would be insufficient berkats.
so we distributed among ourselves.
me n yana went to the changing room to snap photos. hahhh.
when it all ended, evryone helped to pack up. i blew the candles! haha, so fun!
i actually helped a lot. =) wahhh.
the mats were now outside. at the playground area. (oh yes, there was a playground, a bridge outside)
they just did nothing outside. i thot they would like carry the heavy stuffs later. but they never!
sheesh.
besides that, it was a success. yipee.
me n family took photos wif the pengantin.
den went back to tante's hse. eat again.
hahhahhaha. everyone was beat. evn elli. she had gone through an ordeal. (she accidentally swallowed this aluminium thingy. den tante, mak pengantin tonggeng kan elli sambil menepuk2 elli. it was such a sight. elli was whining. evryone wanted to help. that was why elli's behaviour was different; she kept crying and dint wanna eat)
so kesian. i think i cried seeing her.

but she was okay after a while. alhamdulillah.
