hey. so, i just got back frm trng.
trng was fun! YAY! XD
at first i thought trng starts at 230. so i was like shit oh shit. cos i havnt eat lunch and change.
but then, after eating lunch wif yanti n farah.. i discovered the otrs were still at the foyer.
i ate fish 'n' chips. very tasty. haha. listened to farah complaining how she'd eaten a lot these past few days instead of dieting. haha.
then i gave her some advise. listen ah. *coughs, clears throat*
u SHOULD NOT go on diets as u will tend to eat more instead of shedding those extra weight.
so yeah. (:
anyways, TRNG.
emil, yana, yuni, bindhya, zidd, amanda, olivia, yi si, wen ning, jing were there.
woosh. x)
at first, we jog stride sprint( 2 sets) secondly, we jog sprint jog (2 sets as well)
warm-ups. then we did stretching. emil made some funny stuff. trng perks up when she n yana are ard. (: two of my fav snrs.
then, we did straight shuttle. 100 passes. woosh.
then, we did australian tramps. each person had to go 5x. i love this drill the most. heh.
3rd drill was the square ball. (in sec 1s, i was like so blurr and confused when it comes to this)
next, we did split ball! haha.
finally, we played a game. netball game at the basketball court -__-
cos jnrs using netball court. so there were 2 grps (1 grp of 5 n 1 grp of 6)
i belonged to the grp of 6. me together wif emil, yi si, amanda, olivia n yuni. x)
so they started first since they hv only 5 ppl.
the game was fun. and funny! cos when we were attacking, NOBODY defended us. heh
sometimes, we also forgot to defend them when they attacking. haha.
we kept scoring. cos got yi si what. and the otr grp was 'pissed' at me cos i kept intercepting their ball. i tagged wen ning everywhere she went so that she cant shoot xD
i dint noe i can actually defend. ooh
lastly, we did crunches. hoorah, my fav! 4 sets of 40( frnt, side side, frnt)
yana kept asking which nm i prefer; wani or syaz. obviously, SYAZ right. lol
then we did push-ups. and then that supergirl thing (thats what yana calls it)
u lie flat on ur stomache right. then u lift ur whole body up, only using ur elbows.
the trick is to stay as long as u can. (in that position) it gives u ebbs (:
trng ends at 5. and if im not wrong, that would be the last LAST time the snrs are trng wif us!!!!
oh gosh. so depressing! cos, their mid yrs are in 3 wks time.
im gonna miss them so much.
