today's match: 3am

i was like hyped up & all.
cos well...
im a supporter of england!
(and to farah: england tidak akan balik kampong!)

first half:
there were many attacks on england's part.
there were many opportunities for frank lampard & peter crouch to score,
but time & time again, they either aimed wrongly or kicked too far to get the ball into the goalpost.
frustrating!
im very frustrated wif peter crouch
skinny bamboo. good for nothing stick. toottoot looserr. scrawny, tall, awfully skinny gala.
i tell u,
there were MANY chances for him to score.
the ball was nicely kicked to him.
& all he has to do is just take a lil bit of time to aim & kick the ball into the goalpost.
but he cant evn do such a thing!
i dunno why the coach put him on the front.
frank lampard also missed a few shots.
his kicks were too far or not the least accurate.
ARGH. i was so disappointed in him. my star player.

i guess it was not his day.
at least, he tried. right?

i could see the frustrated look on his face every time he missed a shot.

trinidad & tobago almost scored & tied england down!
but. luckily,
john terry was there near the goal post & used his head to hit the ball outwards.
it was that close.

phew.

second half:
there were a few chances for england to score again.
but yet.
no luck lah, i guess.
wayne rooney was brought in at ard 50th++ min, replacing michael owen.
lennon substituted for callagher.

the fans of england cheered as soon as rooney ran into the field.
haha.

84th+ min:

beckham kicked a far ball towards crouch & then...
amazingly,
his head managed to put the ball into the goalpost, giving england the lead.

at the 90th min,
steven gerrard kicked a very VERY nice ball into the goalpost.
it was unbelievable.

england defended well.

final score: 2-0
i was ecstatic.
cursing throughout the match.. (more towards peter crouch)
at least he scored right.
if not i'd chop off his skinny legs!
