so yesternight,
i watched PIRATES finally!!! with my dear family.. at Grand Cathay.
of cos. heh.
the parking lot was full. holidays, oh yes.
had to wait quite a while before dad cld find a decent parking space.. hm.
the construction of the parking lot's not quite completed..
anyway.
watched the 930 movie. ended bout 12++ (3hr movie.. mom was shocked)
haha.
anyway back to the movie. yeah.
it was... ... .. . *drum roll

OKAY, i suppose.
i sort of expected more, at least for the fighting scene (cos that was wad i was looking forward to..)
i was disappointed cos not all the pirates were involved in the war of the seas..
hahaha. i mean, at world's end right... and so i assumed pirates frm all ovr the world (Arab, China, France etc...) wld be fighting arm in arm wif the mighty Jack sparrow.
but nope. only Will, Elizabeth, Jack, Barbosa & the rest of his crew fought against Davy jones& his crew plus some British soldiers... and the rest of the pirates watched frm afar... WHAT the hell
ohyeah, it can get a bit confusing if u cant rmb what happened in no.2
so my advise to all you POTC fans out there who have not watched no.3, pls watch no.2 first so u can fully udrstd the third and learn to appreciate& enjoy it..
haha.
there's this one part where the Dutchman (a ship) rose frm the sea, right after Will was killed (i hear gasps..)
anyway. he's not dead. instead, he's now the successor of Davy jones & so he's captn of the ship.
yeah, that part...
he was super hot. the bandanna (?) & eyeliner and all. lol
he cld not be wif Elizabeth since he's now the captn (i dont udrstd why Elizabeth cld not follow him on his voyage..) i mean she was elected to be King of pirates or smth by all the pirates frm all ovr the world, at one of the meetings.
a rule or smth..
and yeah. do stay till after the credits cos according to Qah(impt piece of info!)
ahahahah. i did ask my mom to stay. my dad was grumbling already and i dont get him. since he slept during the movie! hahahaha.
the only movie he didnt sleep was during SPIDERMAN 3. (another great movie!)
well, thats a whole diff story & maybe i wld go into that if i feel like it.
and so, the credits took bout 10-15 mins. oh god.
and when i finally saw the impt moment....
it was SO short! and i dont think it's that impt anyway. i cld ask someone to tell me wad happened and i wld fully udrstd.
Elizabeth and her son, stding on a hill and then came Will with his ship right after/before sunset..

tmr. there's the TpJ malay thing that i promised Yanti i will go (wif her..)
which reminds me of Gema Temasek which took place on 12th May.
sort of a last minute thing, managed to grab tix frm Syazana (she was tryg to sell her tix outside the hall)
Huda looked at me & i looked at her and she bought the tix. hahaha.
i wanted to go initially but Huda didnt confirm if she cld. in the end, she went wif me. ahahaha.
took 38 frm eastpt, a straight bus to TJ. on the bus, guess who we bumped into..
Syafiqah, our snr. Fadh, Farah, Baz, Wahidah, Soph, 'Atiqah and smore malay Tkgians..
they were all in the back seat. happening.
so on the bus, i was telling Huda bout Spiderman (which i watched the day before)
more specifically, i was telling her bout Topher grace (also the villain in S3) since i knew that was wad she wanted to hear.
used to be a major fan of him. hahaha.
anyway. Gema was fun, i suppose. saw familiar faces once again in the school itself. like Aisha, Marissa! (:
hahaha. thank god. this time rd, it was not so crowded. dunno if thats a gd thing or bad..
last yr, i remembered we had to squeeze and shove ppl outta our faces just to get into the auditorium! oh god.
the experience was horrible!
cld see Tkgians almost everywhere. those who'd graduated came as well..
this yr's theme was Terlerai teka-teki
since, it was their 30th annivesary..
we were expecting smth mind blowing & really memorable.
i thought it was OK though quite short! less dikir (only Girls' dikir)

oh yeah cos i hv short term memory,
Huda said last yr was much much better. hm.
i suppose. i cld only rmb the rap part by Rafaat) funny!

oh yes. we saw Zafir.
no actually, Huda saw him first and then she tapped me so that i cld see him upclose.
he was not bad looking, i suppose. my first impression: mat salleh celup
again (due to my parial loss memory) i cld not recall whatsoevr how he looked like although he did perform for last yr's Gema.
so i had to base only by this yr's encounter. hahaha.
after the whole thing ended,
we went exploring ard the whole sch. nope. not guy searching or anythg or looking for anyone special...
more like two enthusiasts who dream to be a part of sch nxt yr, hopefully. haha.
it was quite cool. bigg toilets, tall mirrors. nice track. small canteeen though but nice chairs

they had these bricks engraved on walls. the bricks had nice, cool designs done by pupils itself.
so you feel that u sort of leave bhind a legacy or a part of u, at least... hahaha
u can admire ur artwork the nxt time u come for a visit.
cool huh.

after we saw what we wanted to, feeling satisfied.
we left the place.
